Prestige Tree Rewritten is an idle game about layers of resets. You start with 10 points and a single circle marked P. Trading points for prestige points lets you buy upgrades, and those upgrades make points flow faster. Soon new circles branch off below, each a deeper reset that wipes more but pays more. Jacorb’s game grows to 28 layers, from Boosters and Time to Magic, Hyperspace and Robots. It’s a long climb where a single click can multiply your income.
How to Play Prestige Tree Rewritten
Open the P layer and press the reset button. You get prestige points equal to the square root of your points divided by 10, and your points go back to zero. Spend 1 prestige point on Begin to make 1 point per second. Next come Prestige Boost and Self-Synergy, which multiply that rate.
At 200 points the second row opens with Boosters and Generators. Their costs rise with each one you own. Boosters multiply point gain directly, and Generators make Generator Power that does the same. Each row resets the ones above it, so the early layers become quick stops on the way.
Milestones in many layers let you keep upgrades or buy layer currency in bulk. Later layers add challenges, buildings, spells and autobuyers. Achievements in the yellow A circle track progress and some give small rewards. The bar at the top shows your current rate and the final goal.

Tips and Strategies
- Reset often at the start. Early prestige points pay back in seconds, so press P as soon as the button offers a gain that buys your next upgrade.
- Watch the “Next at” line. The reset button shows how many points you need for one more prestige point, which tells you when waiting is worth it.
- Stock up before a row-2 reset. A Booster or Generator reset clears your points, so build a buffer to rebuy prestige upgrades quickly.
- Chase milestones. Layer milestones that keep upgrades through resets save far more time than any single upgrade.
- Use the help tab. The “?” icon unlocks short notes for each stage, including advice on which third-row layer to try first.
- Hold minus to check math. Formula view shows exactly how an effect scales, which helps when two upgrades cost the same.
